The Impact You Will Create:

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications with a focus on Microservices architecture, using Java 8/11 and MongoDB
• Utilize Containers and Container Orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes on Cloud Platforms to build scalable, highly available solutions
• Develop applications using Core Java, emphasizing automated testing and deployment processes to ensure robust delivery pipelines
• Manage development environments with Unix, Git, Gradle, Jenkins, and Ansible for continuous integration and delivery
• Proactively contribute to Agile teams, occasionally stepping into Scrum Master roles, and fostering a collaborative development culture
• Ensure platform observability by integrating technologies such as Elastic Stack, enhancing monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities
• Use modern DevOps tools and techniques to streamline the development lifecycle, delivering on-time, high-quality solutions
• Maintain efficient project management and documentation using JIRA and Confluence to ensure transparency and collaboration across teams

What We Look For:

• 8-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Java-based applications
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Microservices architecture, and databases such as MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with Containers and Container Orchestration technologies like Docker/Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms
• Extensive experience in Core Java development, with a focus on automated testing and deployment methodologies
• Proficiency in Unix, Git, Gradle, Jenkins, and Ansible for continuous integration and delivery
• Solid understanding of observability platforms like Elastic Stack and their application in monitoring and logging
• Significant experience working in Agile teams and holding Scrum Master roles
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

• Functional understanding of the application domain and related technologies

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, DevOps, or cloud platforms are a plus
