Senior HR Executive and Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and background verifications for potential candidates.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers extended.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in HR generalist activities or talent acquisition role.
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration tasks such as employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential; knowledge of applicant tracking systems like ATS preferred.
