Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. M/c Repair & Maintenance :- He should have knowledge of chassis mounted machine Repair and Maintenance and the On-Site Diagnostics, Troubleshooting approach.

2. CAPA :- He should have knowledge of diagnosing faults and doing the Root Cause Analysis of the problem. He should take Corrective Actions for solving the issues onsite.

3. Machine Commissioning :- He should have good knowledge of Commissioning activity of the chassis mounted machines.

4. O and M :- He should independently handle the O and M activities of the machines onsite.

5. Customer complaints :- He should attend the Customer complaints of the machines and get it resolved.

6. Warranty Calls :- He should attend Warranty Calls of the machines onsite.

7. Payment Collection :- He should help the Credit Control team for payment collection form the customer.

8. Health and Safety :- He should have knowledge of compliance with onsite Health and Safety Legislation.

9. Daily Plan & Achievements Reporting :- He should have a disciplined approach of sending daily plans and achievements.

10. VOC :- He should provide correct inputs to the Head office for the failure of the machine. (VOC-Voice of Customer)

11. Preference :- More preference will be given to the service engineers who have worked on the Chassis mounted Sewer cleaning machines, Garbage Compactors, Sweeping machines, industrial vacuum cleaning machines.

Required Education / Experience / Skills / Behaviors:

1. Technical skills :- Qualification :- DME/ITI (Mech. / Automobile / Experience of Servicing of cleaning machines).

2. Experience :- Minimum 3-8 years experience in Customer Support department and medium size, product manufacturing industry.

3. Communication skills He should have strong verbal communication skills of English and Hindi language to discuss products and product issues with customers; and should have written communication skills to produce reports and other paperwork.

4. Computer skills :- Should be very well conversant with the use of the ERP Next system, Laptop and Mobile.

5. Location ;- Ahmedabad

6. He should have a two wheeler.
