Job Summary:
As a Academic Manager Dance, you will be responsible for teaching and explaining various dance forms to teachers as per the curriculum. The role requires fostering an engaging and inclusive environment while promoting physical fitness and cultural awareness through dance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver structured dance lessons that cater to students of varying skill levels.
• Teach different dance styles (e.g., classical, contemporary, folk, etc.) based on the curriculum.
• Organize and direct dance performances for school events, cultural programs, and competitions.
• Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among students through group choreography.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate dance into interdisciplinary school activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in dance and incorporate them into lesson plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Dance or related field.
• Proven experience as a Dance Teacher in a school or educational institution.
• Proficiency in various dance styles (Classical, Contemporary, Folk, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and direct dance performances.
