Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment. The role involves ensuring efficient stock management, timely dispatches, adherence to safety protocols, and process optimization to improve warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1️.Inventory & Stock Management

✅ Receive, store, and manage inventory efficiently.
✅ Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
✅ Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
✅ Prevent stock shortages and overstocking by optimizing warehouse space.

2️.Order Processing & Dispatch

✅ Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
✅ Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth dispatch.
✅ Track shipment and delivery schedules, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
✅ Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and packing standards.

3️.Warehouse Operations & Process Optimization

✅ Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
✅ Implement best practices in material handling, FIFO, and lean inventory management.
✅ Assist in setting up SOPs for warehouse operations.
✅ Improve warehouse efficiency by reducing waste and optimizing workflows.

4️.Compliance & Safety

✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations.
✅ Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards.
✅ Train staff on proper handling of materials, equipment, and emergency protocols.

5️.Coordination & Reporting

✅ Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
✅ Maintain records of inventory movements, stock reports, and audits.
✅ Assist in preparing warehouse performance reports and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

� Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
�Experience: 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
�Preferred: Experience with SAP/ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel proficiency
