Manager - Tax (GST)

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle GST Compliance like GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9/9C.

2. ⁠Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit with GST related information.

3. ⁠Business Tax Partnering, Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management.

4. ⁠Conduct a thorough analysis of taxes to provide expert advice on tax planning and optimization opportunities to ensure compliance with local regulations.

5. ⁠Preparation and representation GST audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities.

6. ⁠Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.

7. ⁠Collaborating with finance, legal and business team to ensure our tax strategies and policies are implemented accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

CA with 6-8 years post qualification experience in Indirect Tax (GST). Experience with Hotel/Commercial and Consulting would be a preference.
