K. Raheja Realty Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction/real estate development company seeking an experienced Liaison Officer to coordinate with CFO and DP departments for various approvals related to high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised and communicative professional to act as a liaison between our company and fire brigade Authority. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and obtain necessary approvals/NOC for our high-rise projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with fire brigades, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Obtain NOCs, certificates, and approvals for fire safety systems
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and norms (NFPA, NBC, etc.)
- Building plans approvals
- Prepare and submit documents, reports, and applications
- Maintain records and track status of approvals
Requirements:
-10+ years of experience in liaisoning, building proposal, fire safety
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture)
Desirable:
- Experience working with fire brigades or local planning authorities
Age: 45 to 60 years
