B2B Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and provide sales quotations, follow up for the order and maintain future business relationships with these customers.
• Interact with the customers over email, phone, as well as in-store.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients, presenting our value proposition and securing new partnerships.
• Deliver incremental revenue from the assigned clients through share of wallet and commercial improvements.

This is an on-site role that requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in working on the computer (MS Office, Emails, etc)
• Excellent communication skills and cool temperament to handle customers
• Experience/knowledge of the electrical industry is a plus
• Confident, pleasing and a go-getter personality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
