About the role
As the Copywriter you are responsible for creating both long form and short form copy for various platforms including digital, print and social media leading to enhanced brand visibility and driving visitor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels including advertisements, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Research and understand the internal department’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials.
• Ensure all copy maintains brand voice, tone, and style guidelines while meeting accuracy and professionalism standards.
• Optimize content for search engine visibility by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases.
• Revise copy based on internal feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications or related fields.
• 3 To 5 yrs. Experience in similar field.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Craft, Create, Captivate

• Write compelling copy for social media campaigns, website content, school and corporate collaterals, email marketing, and print materials for events etc.
• Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences—parents, educators, children, and partners.
• Transform complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand narratives.

2. Bring MuSo Voice to Life

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and educators to weave storytelling into every touchpoint.

3. Optimize for Impact

• Write SEO-friendly website content to boost organic reach.
• Analyze performance data and refine copy for higher engagement.

4. Revise, Refine, Repeat

• Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Incorporate feedback and fine-tune copy while maintaining a creative edge.

What Were Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.
• Strong research skills to turn insights into impactful narratives.
• Bonus: Experience in the education, museums, or childrens content space.
