Assistant Manager-Conveyor Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to motors, drives, pulleys, belts, sensors, and other conveyor components.
• Replace or repair defective parts, such as belts, gears, or electrical components.
• Conduct system adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal conveyor performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work closely with the operations and production teams to resolve conveyor system issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to perform more complex repairs or system overhauls.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs outside of regular working hours.
