About Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Advisory Services:

- Provide transaction advisory, including due diligence, financial analysis, and structuring for mergers, acquisitions, or other transactions.

- Conduct financial assessments to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Financial Modelling:

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and assessing the financial feasibility of projects.

- Use data analysis to identify financial trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Project Leadership in Technology BPR:

- Lead projects focused on Business Process Reengineering (BPR), emphasizing technology-driven improvements.

- Analyze, redesign, and streamline existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Process Mapping:

- Conduct process mapping to document, visualize, and analyze workflows, identifying areas for process optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes that align with organizational goals and technology capabilities.

Required Skills and Expertise:

- Transaction Advisory and Financial Modelling: Proven experience in financial advisory and modeling, with a strong grasp of financial analysis and valuation.

- Project Leadership in BPR: Experience in leading projects related to Business Process Reengineering, particularly with a focus on technology integration.

- Process Mapping and Optimization: Strong understanding of process mapping techniques, able to visualize and enhance complex workflows.

- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
