Facility Executive

Youll work as a Facility Executive, reporting into the Property Manager.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure a clean and healthy environment in the property
• Maintain all duty roasters & deployment of staff .
• To ensure thorough cleanliness of club house area at all the time including the Conference hall, Guest rooms, Party Halls, passages, lobbies, Gym, Aerobics/Yoga rooms, Sports arenas and toilets, etc.
• Make a round of entire assigned area, checking for items in need of immediate attention such as burned-out lights, spots on hall carpets or walls, trash in stairwells etc.
• Removal of garbage from the premises including its collection at one place and arrangement for its disposal away from the said premises in coordination of with HK Supervisors.
• Regular cleaning of fittings and fixtures including luminaries, handrails, special features, signage and graphics, blinds, wood panelling, glass partitions, computers, telephones, office equipment s, cigarette disposal units, potted plants, etc.
• Ensure all the cleaning activities are completed as per the deployment schedule.
• Inform all discrepancies and maintenance requirements brought to notice by the staff and by the own observations to the Property Manager promptly.
• Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
• Supervise all houseboys for their effectiveness, working methodology.
• Monitoring /documenting monthly consumption of chemicals and consumables.
• Ensure all janitors are in proper uniform and well groomed.
• Prepare and issue all necessary IDs to the club house subscribers.
• Take Banquet hall / MPH bookings and maintain a tracker for its transactions.
• Keep track about the tutors/coaches using the clubhouse for training purposes.
• Take rounds in the facilities after the events are finished to observe for any damages, same needs to be brought to the attention of the USER & Property Manager for further recovery action.
• Submit the MIS of memberships / bookings to the Property Manager, at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.

Education and experience

Any Bachelor s degree. you ll need between Two and Four years experience in Clubhouse or Hotel background (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major Residential vertical will also be very helpful.

An eye for detail

You ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.

Great organisational skills

You ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team s or client s changing requirements.
