Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and Integrations developer to participate in design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate MUST have extensive experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM, ITIL
processes, and integrating third-party applications/ tools within complex environments in a variety of industries.

Job Role Specific Requirements:
● Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
● Develop and maintain all components of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and
integrations to the ServiceNow Platform
● Deliver new functionality across applications - Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development with ServiceNow
● Demonstrated experience implementing APIs and portal customizations
● Determine which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes.
● Participate in any data normalization required before importing/ inserting into ServiceNow.
● Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
● Support the entire development lifecycle - Apply SDLC and DevOps principles.
● Understanding of SOAP, REST, JSON technologies
● Experience working in a PaaS/SaaS environment
● Demonstrated ability to influence and consult including providing options with pros, cons, and risks around key technical decisions during design and implementation

Job skills and qualifications:
● 4+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in administration services with ServiceNow.
● Candidate must be proficient with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM, and integrations to the ServiceNow Platform
● Current ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS in CSM, ITSM Suite Certification is required
● Strong understanding of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM Modules.
● Strong Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via SOAP/REST APIs.
● Experience with CMDB is a big plus.
● Experience customizing ServiceNow using: Forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Inbound Actions.
● Extensive hands-on experience with web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, and Glide.
● Experience in agile development environments.
● Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ITSM and CSM solutions.
● Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for CSM, Integration, and ITSM
requirements.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
