Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the process of end to end Recruitment cycle
• 2-5 years experience in end -to-end recruitment
• To source profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc
• Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication etc.
• Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom call, web Etc
• Should have work Extensively on All Job Portal
• Knowledge of CTC Structure state wise will be desirable
• Strong knowledge on Excel
• Negotiating the salary as well as notice period
• Regular Follow up the candidates till joining
• Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate
• Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports.
• Good understanding of IT Technologies.
