Office Associate (Contract)- Female candidates only

Role & responsibilities :

• Preparation & updating of data
• All administrative needs
• Touring TE / Hotel & Travel booking etc
• Processing TE's for the team
• Maintenance of product samples and other reimbursements.
• Collation of information from a few sources to create some basic trackers.
• Filing.
• Liaison bill processing / calculation.
• Invoice & Payment Tracking.
• Credit Management To ensure payments are received on time by interacting with the Finance.
• Office maintenance.
• Taking Shorthand dictations.
• Assisting Managers in keying different drafts.

Other Areas:

1) Co-ordinate with all the divisions of the Company.

Co-ordinate with external.

Preferred candidate profile

• Looking for Kannada speaking candidates only.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS office
