Regional Quality Professional

• To lead andmanage quality lab activities i.e. raw material testing, finished producttesting & new product evaluations and testing for Agarbatti, Sambrani and Matches.
  
• Toperform process and system audits across vendor factories to ensuremanufacturing SOP is being followed and improve the quality KPIs through rootcause analysis, CAPA implementation & training and developments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage qualitylab activities with all raw materials, finished goods and new products testingand reporting the results
  
• Manage timely calibrationof all instruments/equipment in lab and maintain records
  
• Timely testing& reporting of raw material/finished goods results to stakeholders
  
• Perform root cause analysis with appropriatetools such as fishbone diagram,histogram, pareto chart etc. to identify root cause for the problems identifiedin raw materials/finished goods during testing and process audits
  
• Perform process& system audits across vendor factories to ensure factory follows ITC SOP
  
• Report processand system audit score & observations to respective vendors and closefollow-up and review of CAPA submitted by vendors for NCs observed in audit
  
• Daily review andmonitoring of key quality KPIs reported by factories such as, FG DPM, Incomingraw material test results etc. and timely escalation to the management in case desired
  
• Keepa close communication with production team for daily updates on rawmaterials/finished goods results

Requirements

• Diploma Graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical domain
  
• Quality management or Quality related certifications,preferred
  
• Problem solving methods
  
• Knowledge of 5S, 7 QC tools, Process improvementor other statistical methods
  
• Communication& Presentation skills
