Job Description

ISPG is a distinguished product house, with Oorjit as its flagship automotive product.

Engineered to offer extensive digitization services, Oorjit caters to automotive dealerships, OEMs, and Parts Distributors.

Although we maintain a worldwide footprint with establishments in the UAE, India, and the US, our primary market emphasis is the UAE.

Job Role Specification:

We are looking for a strategic software product sales professional who will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding the market presence, and achieving sales targets for our inhouse software products.

The resource will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for our software products.

- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to focus sales efforts and maximize growth opportunities.

- Define sales goals, objectives, and KPIs, and establish processes to monitor and measure sales performance against targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Monitor client satisfaction, address issues and concerns promptly, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in our software product market.

- Collaborate with marketing, development, and other cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

- Explore new market segments, geographies, and distribution channels to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, tracking tools, and dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue projections.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of sales exposure in the Software Products realm.

- Automotive domain exposure is preferred.

- Must have GCC Sales Experience in IT - Products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of the software products market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and budget management.

- Proficiency in sales CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

- Need to identify skillset gap and necessary Trainings for Teams.

- Knowledge of IT sales, cloud computing, ERP Sales and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is a plus.
