Review Project Engineering Schedule , Review Ordering Specification , Review Miss outs . Ordering Specification release , Purchase Requisitions , technical vetting and resolution

Package Delivery Planning , Billing Planning , Sales Order Assignment , Collections efforts with customer Risk Identification , Assessment ,Mitigation Internal & External requirement of project on daily basis Prepare & adhere on monthly basis Schedule assessment for each discipline.

Obtaining project delivery extensions from customer , raising claim and change management , contract amendment Complete handover of project to end customer , handing over dossiers , O&M Manual , Closure of commercial and technical points
