• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, etc.) based on job specifications and technical drawings.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, work orders, and part drawings to set machine parameters.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal production.
• Ensure all machines are properly maintained and cleaned to meet safety standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs or coordinate with maintenance staff.
