ISAK Fragrances - CRM & Inside Sales Role (0-1 yrs)

What are we looking for

We are looking for young, talented, energetic blood driven by passion, hunger to learn and explore to join the force.

What you will be doing

- You will be responsible for overall exceptional customer experience and customer delight .

- Act as a trusted advisor for their product queries on various platforms like instagram, facebook,website etc, via calls, whatsapp and emails.

- Handle customer queries after delivery of order and help them with the status of their orders.

- Manage custom orders.

Lead Generation:

- Identifying potential customers and database mining

- Making outbound calls to qualified leads

- Sending personalized emails to nurture leads

- Desired candidates portfolio

- Any graduate with an excellent command over verbal and written English is welcome

- Someone who understands "customer is king" and is not shy to initiate a conversation.

- Working knowledge of Excel and Word will be a plus.

- Freshers welcome.
