Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and utility maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities according to scheduled plans (MPM & TPM) to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to injection molding processes.
- Analyze data from MTBF/MTTR studies to optimize maintenance strategies.
