Data Engineer - Python/ETL (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, Python, and API integrations, with a passion for enabling AI/ML capabilities.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and process large datasets.

- Develop and integrate APIs for seamless data flow between systems.

- Write clean, efficient Python code for ETL processes.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support AI/ML models and analytics.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data workflows for performance and reliability.

- Implement best practices for data management, security, and governance.

- Stay updated with the latest data engineering trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.

- Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL).

- Proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting, and automation.

- Experience with API integrations and data system interactions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

- Experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of AI/ML principles and experience with ML datasets is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
