Java Lead Developer

Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance

Develop and maintain Java-based software applications using industry best practices

Ensure the quality of code produced meets project standards, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing

Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development process

Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies

Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins
