Job Description

Job Description:

Internship opportunity for CA Final Candidates who have completed the articleship training and who have appeared/ appearing or have cleared either group (Preferably 2 nd Group) of CA Final Examination.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, including salaried employees, freelancers, business owners, and NRIs
Preparation of tax computation ensuring tax is calculated according to the applicable slabs, exemptions, and deductions, if any
Filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals in a timely manner with adherence to a quality benchmark set
Provide basic advice on tax-saving instruments, exemptions, and deductions
Answering client queries and providing clarification and explanation regarding the tax computation prepared
Assist in filing Rectifications, or Belated and Revised returns, wherever necessary.
Demonstrating professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication.
Demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills, learning and working efficiently without compromising quality.
Participate in internal training programs to understand more advanced tax topics and filing processes

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients (English, Hindi and at least one local language).
Minimum one year of ITR filing experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tax filings and work deadlines
Familiarity with the broad framework of the Income-tax Act, with special reference to Personal Taxation and latest Tax Updates
Self-motivated individual with a passion to work in challenging situations.
