Job Description
- Drafting Technical Plans: Create detailed architectural and interior drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details) using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software.
- Collaborating with Design Teams: Work alongside architects, designers, and engineers to develop design concepts into technical drawings that meet client needs and building regulations.
- Preparing Construction Documentation: Develop and prepare construction drawings and specifications that will guide contractors during the construction or renovation phases.
- Site Analysis and Surveys: Assist in site surveys and collect relevant data (measurements, building codes, existing conditions) to create accurate drawings.
- Material Specifications: Provide detailed specifications of materials, finishes, and products used in both architectural and interior designs.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, drawings, and project records for easy access and reference.
- Communication and Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to discuss and clarify design details.
