Role Title: Head - SEO

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimize user experience across all digital channels.

On-page & Off-page SEO:

- Oversee all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and site architecture improvements.

Content & Technical Collaboration:

- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website development, content creation, and overall user experience.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

- Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Competitive Analysis & Industry Trends:

- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and competitive analysis to proactively adjust strategies and ensure top rankings.

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals and growth objectives.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing SEO team to drive consistent results across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of leading successful SEO campaigns in the Insurtech or internet industries.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in SEO analytics tools and data interpretation to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.

Technical SEO Expertise:

- Deep understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.

Content SEO Mastery:

- Experience with content strategy and its integration with SEO, including the ability to identify and leverage keyword opportunities for organic growth.

Leadership & Communication:

- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge:

- Experience working in or closely with Insurtech or internet-based companies is highly desirable.
