• Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate high quality housing leads from BTL activities at Tata & Non-Tata Corporates
• Drive Home Loan/Equity sales through strategic follow-ups on leads generated.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with Internal/external teams, including credit, operations and synergy SPOC's, to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Recruit, train and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity
• Maintain reports on lead conversion, sales performance and team productivity. Provide regular updates to senior management on the same.
• Monitor competition and market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance referrals and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations for Synergy SPOC's and its Connectors.
