Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools 
4. Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages.
5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
4. Excellent content creation, writing, and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience with social media management tools and analytics software.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in the real estate industry.
2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
3. Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
