Business Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Lead the strategic financial planning process.
- Develop and maintain financial forecast models, systems, and tools.
- Consolidate the organization's budget and secure necessary approvals from senior management.
Management Information system:
- Prepare accruals during month-end close.
- Creating Daily, weekly and monthly MRR
- Require excellent control over the numbers.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide on-time financial report
3. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work hand in hand with business teams regularly to update and review budgets.
- Track everyday performance and constant monitoring and review of all KPIs.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by senior management. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial information to senior
management.
