Key skills for the job
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various technical and customer-facing roles within our organization. This includes recruiting for technical sales, technicians, developers, and customer support teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to ensure we bring on the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
Use creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, etc.) to find qualified candidates. Maintain a pipeline of talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide recommendations on job descriptions and skillset requirements.Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews. Ensure candidates are not only technically qualified but also a strong cultural fit for the organization.Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed on the status of their application.Promote the companys culture and values to candidates. Represent Company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages within the company’s guidelines.Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruiting for technical and customer-facing roles.Qualifications:
