Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic SEO Specialist with expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our websites visibility in search engines through comprehensive on-page and off-page optimization techniques. This role involves developing strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and boost overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and other textual elements to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Technical On-Page SEO: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags (title, description), header tags (H1, H2, H3), and image alt text. Ensure proper URL structures and internal linking.
• User Experience (UX): Improve website usability and user experience through effective design, navigation, and content layout, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
• SEO Audits: Conduct regular on-page SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility.

Off-Page SEO:

• Link Building: Develop and execute strategic link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites.
• Outreach: Engage in outreach activities to build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders to enhance link-building efforts.
• Local SEO: Optimize local business listings and manage online reviews to improve local search visibility and reputation.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ off-page SEO strategies to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of on-page and off-page SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that incorporate both on-page and off-page optimization techniques to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any).
• Experience: 5 Years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong background in both on-page and off-page SEO.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certifications: SEO certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
