Salesforce Integration Engineer - Coveo (5-7 yrs)

Requirement :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Coveo + Salesforce Integration + Smart Search Engine Enhancement Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated integrations between Coveo's search and personalization capabilities and Salesforce, while also enhancing the overall functionality and user experience of the search engine itself.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

Coveo & Salesforce Integration :

- Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between Coveo and Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

- Develop and maintain custom components, triggers, workflows, and processes within the Salesforce platform to enhance search functionality and data synchronization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Coveo and Salesforce integrations.

- Ensure data quality and accuracy in the transfer of information between Coveo and Salesforce.

Smart Search Engine Enhancement :

- Analyze user search behavior and identify areas for improvement in search relevance and user experience.

- Develop and implement advanced search algorithms and techniques to improve search accuracy and recall.

- Enhance search result presentation and formatting for optimal user engagement.

- Integrate machine learning and AI techniques into the search engine to personalize search results and improve user satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain robust search analytics and reporting dashboards.

Software Development Lifecycle :

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Adhere to best practices for software development and coding standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development languages.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies (e.g. , APIs, web services, REST, SOAP).

- 3+ years of experience working with Coveo search and personalization technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience (UX).

- Experience with machine learning and AI concepts as applied to search (e.g. , natural language processing, machine learning algorithms).

- Experience with search engine architecture and design principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. , AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. , React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. , Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant).

- Experience with data mining and data analysis techniques.
