We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Administrator to manage, administer, and optimize our Power BI environment. This individual will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Power BI services, ensuring a seamless experience for users and implementing best practices for security, performance, and governance. As a Power BI Administrator, you will work closely with business intelligence teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to support the development of reporting and dashboard solutions, ensuring that they align with the companys goals and security policies.

Power BI Service Management:

• Manage user permissions, roles, and workspaces, ensuring proper access controls.
• Configure and maintain Power BI gateways for data refresh.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to Power BI service availability and performance.

Governance & Security:

• Implement data governance policies, ensuring the integrity and security of reports and dashboards.
• Set up and manage data sources, security groups, and workspaces to ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
• Ensure that user access is appropriate based on roles and business needs.
• Implement and manage auditing and logging processes to track usage, data changes, and administrative activities.

Performance Tuning & Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize Power BI report performance, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
• Work with report developers and data teams to ensure reports are optimized for fast data retrieval and accurate insights.
