Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit for open positions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of success in sales hiring or recruiting roles.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry or a related field.
