Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise customers for SaaS products in the BFSI industry.
• Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure alignment on customer needs and tailored solution delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or strategic account management within the BFSI industry.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new enterprise customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Experience working with Key Account Management (KAM) principles, including identifying high-value targets and developing customized service plans.
