Key Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers for SaaS solutions in the BFSI industry.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and improve performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in b2b sales or solution sales within the software industry.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales or SaaS sales specifically targeting the BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry dynamics, including current trends and challenges facing financial institutions.
