Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the BFSI sector through corporate sales, key account management, and team leadership.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Build strong relationships with clients across various industries (B2B) to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales or similar role within the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business plans that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics including banking products/services offered by different players.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels.
