What do we look for ?

Required Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in software/tool testing, automation, and bug fixing.

- Enhance existing test cases by refining logic and ensuring accurate validations.

- Develop and maintain new test cases to achieve comprehensive test coverage, addressing edge cases and complex scenarios.

- Automate test scripts for specialized features, including planograms (2D and 3D models).

- Research and implement solutions for advanced test scenarios such as data and chart validation.

- Perform manual testing for new features, including creating and executing sanity and regression test cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, track, and communicate testing outcomes and improvement recommendations.

- Drive testing best practices, ensuring efficient and effective workflows that meet stakeholder expectations.

Skills and Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for test case automation.

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

- Ability to validate data-heavy and chart-based systems with high accuracy.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
