Work mode : 6 Days (Work from Office) - Monday to Saturday

Job Purpose/ Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated React JS Developer with 2-5 years of professional experience to join our growing development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and scalable web applications using React.js.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user-friendly and functional products.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, quality assurance, and product stakeholders, is a key component of this role.

Strong debugging skills are essential to identify and resolve issues efficiently in complex applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to impactful solutions.

Job Description :

- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, QA, and backend engineers) to define requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric features.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, promoting consistency and efficiency across applications.

- Work closely with designers to implement high-quality UI/UX designs and ensure an excellent user experience.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and services seamlessly.

- Utilize debugging tools (such as Chrome DevTools, React Developer Tools) to quickly identify, investigate, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues in development and production environments.

- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices to ensure readability and reusability.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high product quality.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve both the development process and the quality of our products.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous collaboration and progress.

What you should have :

- 2-5 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (especially React).

- Experience with debugging tools (such as Chrome DevTools, React Developer Tools) to troubleshoot issues and ensure application stability.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, or similar.

- Experience with version control systems, primarily Git, for code management and collaboration.

- Ability to design and implement a responsive UI for both mobile and desktop applications.

- Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and RESTful APIs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

- A strong understanding of web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
