Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance recruitment processes.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and feedback loops throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics reports.
- Track recruitment activities and analyze data to inform future hiring strategies.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidate information.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment from the IT Service/Product Industry
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
