Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans for spoken English training sessions.
  
• Conduct classes to teach grammar concepts, vocabulary, and pronunciation to students.
  
• Provide individualized feedback and guidance to improve student performance.
  
• Utilize various teaching methods and materials to engage students effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as an English language trainer or teacher (preferably).
  
• Strong knowledge of English grammar rules, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
