Experience Required :

1-3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering field. Proven Expertise in Part Programming for Machine tool manufacturing set up

Experience Desired :

Orientation towards technology and innovation and prior experience in leading

sections(preferably tool design) within Industrial Engineering functions/ departments in similar

organisations

Educational Qualification Required : B.E, B Tech or equivalent degree in relevant field

Purpose of the Role

1) Responsible for Creation of Part Programming that are efficient, cost-effective, and safe

2) Ownership on Part program Creation

3)continuous improvement in Part Programming to reduce Cycle time and improve Productivity

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Creation of Part Programs for CNC Machining Centers / CNC Turning Centers for New Components and ECO Components using CAM Software
• Creation or Alteration of Part Programs due to Resource /Cutting Tools Change.
• Updating Backups of Proved Part Programs from respective machines.
• Creation of casting & Machining feed back for critical components to R&D and Foundry Conducting Cutting Tool Trail and Implementation based on improvement in Cost Per Component
• Review of New Fixture Designs for Manfacturing Feasibility
• Corrective and Preventive actions for Programming / Tooling related issues in Machine shop floor
• Cycle Time Reduction through Tool Path Optimisation and implementing New Generation Cutting Tools.
• Clarification in Part Programs and other Technical issues for Programming Team
• Programming and Process Support for Critical components proving at supplier end.
