Hiring For Deputy Branch Manager - Raipur, Bhillai, Bilaspur, Durg

Role & responsibilities

• Manage & Supervise operations in the Branch as per the statutory, regulatory and operation norms of the Bank.
• Transactions:- Monitor, track and adhere to daily responsibilities, , manage ATMs/Cash/lockers, authorize and verify branch instructions, resolve escalated issues in order to ensure timely and effective execution of transactions.
• Operations and Systems Management
• Customer Service
• People Management and team handling - Coach, counsel, guide and motivate team members.
• Branch Administrations
• Generate Customer Leads and ensure sales closure by self/team.
• Compliance

Education

Any Graduate

Preferred: MBA/PGDM

Work experience

Essential requirement: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations.

Thorough understanding of Bank Operations, Regulatory Framework (KYC, AML etc.)

Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits :

• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proactive in achieving the sales target.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.

Requirements:

Education: MBA / Post - Graduate / Graduate

Experience: 5 -10 Years into Banking Industry. Preferably in Branch Operations Manager role / with branch banking operations exposure.

Age: 35 Max
