Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Jeyamahal extention, Bangalore.

Role Overview:

The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth recruitment processes, reducing attrition, and fostering a positive work environment. Will also be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESI, and other labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts to hire top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and labour regulations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Serve as a bridge between management and employees, fostering open communication and positive relations.
• Design and execute training programs that align with company goals and employee development.
• Implement best HR practices and ensure adherence to company policies.

What Were Looking For:

Only Male candidates with proven experience in similar role.

Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory and knowledge of Hindi is added advantage.

Strong knowledge of statutory regulations (PF, ESI) and labour laws.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
