Work with the MERL Director to implementthe monitoring framework across the organization. Act as the key point ofcontact for the updating of monitoring metrics for the organization.
Update the dashboard regularly, preparecomprehensive reports, impact assessments, and case studies to communicate ourorganisations achievements.
Work closely with the communications teamto ensure timely dissemination of organizational achievements
Research design and implementation
Work with the MERL Director to define researchobjectives and formulate research questions.
Design research methodologies, includingquantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
Design surveys, interviews, focus groups, and conduct literaturereviews as part of research projects.
Manage research projects
Research communication
Translate research findings and academicliterature into meaningful and accessible insights for various communicationchannels, including blogs, the Indus Action website and newsletters.

Educationand Experience
A masterdegree/diploma in public policy,development management, program evaluation or other social science disciplinesis preferred.
3-4 years of experience in policyimplementation, monitoring and evaluation, research, and/or program evaluationis desired.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
A strong drive to contribute to welfare andpoverty alleviation initiatives.
