Job Overview

Strategic direction and operations of multiple business units and works closely with the CEO and MD and key stakeholders. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equity Fund Professional with a proven track record in Private Equity (PE). As a key member will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing client relationships

Job Role:

1. Extensive experience in Capital Mkt Equity Fund raising.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations and other regulations relevant for equity and debt market transactions.
3. Coordinating with SEBI, stock exchanges and other agencies, if any, to ensure timely completion of the entire process.
4. Fundraising Execution: Spearhead the execution of various fundraising mechanisms, including:

• Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
• Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs)
• Private Placements
• Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP)
• Overseas funding source
• ECB

5. Responsible for end-to-end experience in Fund-Raising transactions.

6. Liaison with Advisors, Investment banking on regular basis and keep the management updated on such interactions

Skills / Qualification

• Minimum 18 years+ of experience in Finance, Equity Market, Merchant Banking/ Investment Banker.
• The candidate needs to have deep sectoral knowledge on commodity sector. Need to have fair understanding the pulse of its commodity segment. The ideal candidate should strong analytical mindset, a deep passion for investing
• MBA in Finance, CA or CFA or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
• Experience interacting with senior management, clients, and institutional investors.
