Job Description
- Financial reporting to Top Management
- Maintaining books of Accounts of Promoter Family & Promoter Group Companies
- Analyzing new investment avenues for investments.
- Helping on asset allocation of family members.
- Meeting fund managers, AMC, PMS and other business associates and
- maintaining the relationship. Attending the investment events on behalf of
- treasury team.
- Handle treasury portfolio of approximately ₹2,300 Crores invested in various instruments. Research and suggest new investment schemes, manage portfolio according to market scenario.
- Prepare MIS reports, investment proposals, and maintain investment policy documents.
- Manage banking functions, fund positions, and ensure tax efficiency. maintain investments as per standards of policy. Single point contact with banks for all documentation, agreements and negotiations.
- Manage portfolio operationally, managing transactions along with documentation to it.
- Providing inputs to Investment committee to enable them to take decision on investments, redemptions and modifications to portfolio
