Hiring: Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for new hire batches.
• Develop and implement training programs, including TNA, TNI, TTT, and OJT sessions.
• Monitor SLA adherence and overall training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience, with at least 1 - 2 year as a Process Trainer (on paper).
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and process improvement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Preferred: Experience in a healthcare process.
