Indifi - Manager - Risk Management (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Review all processes in the loan life cycle, identify gaps, and suggest tech-driven solutions/ improvements to mitigate risks.

2. Create SOPs for all key processes and lending workflows.

3. Develop and update policies related to risk management, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.

4. Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in the regulatory environment and business operations.

5. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations and conduct training that may be required

6. Monitor and analyse the credit portfolio to identify risks and suggest policy changes.

7. Identify growth opportunities based on the identification of low-risk pools in the existing portfolio.

8. Prepare risk review presentation for Senior Management & Board Meetings.

Skillset:

- Ability to analyse and derive insights out of large data sets

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced MS Excel skills

Candidate profile:

1. CA/MBA (T1 & T2)

2. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or policy development in a banking or NBFC environment

3. Candidates working in Risk Advisory, Governance Risk & Compliance functions of large audit consultancy firms will be preferred.

4. Comfortable working in a fast-evolving and agile environment.
