Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  
• Maintain accurate records of company documents and files both physical and digital.
  
• Perform various office administration duties such as data entry, filing, scanning etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or related field (freshers can apply).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution with any specialization.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with basic knowledge of other software tools like Google Suite.
• Should be ready travel to other ranches in kerala & Tamilnadu
